Several Facebook services have instability on Monday (04/10). According to the site DownDetector, at least WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are inaccessible. The problem may be related to DNS.
So far, the mobile apps and desktop versions are giving error. All indications are that the problem is related to Facebook's servers.
Therefore, if you are unable to send or receive messages, or update the news feed of these platforms, know that the problem is general. To date, the nature of the fault has not yet been identified.
